Previously, Downey held the position of Branch Manager at Eagle Home Mortgage, enhancing the performance of a top mortgage lender. As Director of the Lending Division at Carteret Mortgage Corp, Downey oversaw a regional branch and was responsible for the recruitment and training of Loan Originators.
