Susan Stepke

Susan Stepke has extensive experience in recruiting, currently serving as the Vice President of Recruiting and previously as the Director of Recruiting at Homefix Custom Remodeling since January 2018. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Territory Recruiter at HealthMarkets, Inc. from September 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities included full cycle recruiting from sourcing to on-boarding, along with assisting candidates in assessing career fit within the insurance and financial services industries. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree from UMBC, earned between 1991 and 1995.
