Itoro Miggins is an intern in the Information Technology Department at HomeFree-USA since May 2022, where responsibilities include conducting research on ITSM products and developing a training rollout strategy for SharePoint. Miggins is also a member of IEEE, contributing to the field of electronic engineering since November 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Dispatch Coordinator at Amazon from November 2020 to May 2021, managing emergency and non-emergency calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, Miggins participated in the Prince George’s County Youth at Work Internship Program in the summer of 2018. Currently pursuing a B.B.A in Information Systems at Bowie State University, with an educational background from Charles Herbert Flowers High School.
