Joshua Baines has a diverse background in marketing, sales, and customer service, with current experience in the client team at Homeground, focusing on Adidas Football campaigns since January 2015. Prior to this role, Joshua contributed to marketing and sales projects for brands such as Under Armour, The Co-operative, Inspired Thinking Group, and Intermarketing Agency. From January 2012 to January 2015, Joshua served as a Digital Marketing Executive and Account Manager at Strawberry, where responsibilities included executing a range of marketing campaigns to enhance site traffic. Joshua began a career in hospitality at Brackenborough Hotel, fostering strong customer relationships from September 2009 to August 2014, and held a sales executive position at Ramco UK, managing a network of buyers for surplus military equipment from July 2010 to January 2012. Joshua graduated from King Edward VI Grammar School Louth in 2009 with A Levels in Maths, Economics, Business, and History.
