Jennifer Murray, LPN, PCHA, ALA, has a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience as a Director of HomeCare Services at Homeland At Home and Director of Personal Care at both Homeland Center and The Mennonite Home. Jennifer also served as the Director of Residential Services at The Middletown Home. Jennifer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, policy development, admissions, financial eligibility, marketing, staffing, budgeting, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and staff training and development. Jennifer is dedicated to providing quality care and ensuring the facilities meet all regulations and standards.
