Alpha Guissé

Alpha Guissé has a diverse work experience that includes roles in property management, legal consulting, and administrative support. In 2015, Alpha interned at Le Groupe La Poste, where they gained experience in legal contentions, risk evaluation, and consultation. From 2017 to 2017, Alpha worked as a Jurist in Contentious Consumer Law at UFC-Que Choisir, providing legal advice and assistance to members in various areas of consumer disputes. In 2019, Alpha became a Property Manager at Groupe Pichet, responsible for managing property entries, departures, and vacancies, as well as handling tenant and owner inquiries and overseeing rent and charges collection. Their most recent position is as a Property Manager at HOMELAND IMMO (Syndic de Copropriété), which began in 2021.

Alpha Guissé completed a Master 2 in International Business Law with a focus on Private Law at Université Le Havre Normandie in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master 1 in Employment and Entrepreneurship in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, specializing in Human Resources, from Université Rennes 2 in 2014-2015. In 2013-2014, they earned a Master 1 in Business Law, specializing in Private Law, from Université de Rennes I. In the previous academic year (2012-2013), they completed a Licentiate 3 in Law, also focusing on Private Law, at Université de Rennes I. Additionally, in 2019-2020, they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Administration and Management from GROUPE ESPI. In 2011-2012, they pursued a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Kofi Annan, although the field of study for this program is not specified.
