Joe DiProspero

Joe DiProspero has a diverse work experience in the facilities management and sales industry. Joe started their career at Allied Building Products in 2006, where they worked as a Residential Sales/National Account Manager until 2011. Joe then joined Morgan Services as an Assistant Director of Facilities, where they worked from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Joe joined Home Leasing as the Director of Facilities Management. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the physical property, preventative maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, and operations of all company-owned properties. Joe oversees 41 properties with 4000 residential units and 11 occupied commercial spaces. Joe collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure proper maintenance and long-term health of the company's assets.

Joe DiProspero attended Monroe Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. It is unclear if they pursued further education after that.
