Laurie Williams

Laurie Williams joined Home Leasing in 2014. She serves as Controller for Home Leasing LLC and Home Leasing Construction. Her responsibilities include developing policies and procedures in the accounting department to help oversee the team members, assists in the review of the following for all company entities: year-end audits, budgeting, review of the month end close and financials, prepare monthly internal financials for the corporate entities and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the corporate entities, provide guidance to team members for the construction entities draw process and submissions. Her current focus in the company is to assist the construction accounting team to develop procedures, coordinate with the Project Managers to efficiently forecast project revenues and report to management.
