Meghan Mueller

Meghan Mueller is the current Associate Executive Director at Homeless Alliance. Meghan has dedicated their career to helping those in need and has a wealth of experience in the social work field.

Meghan started their career as a Secondary Spanish/English Teacher at Southwest Covenant Christian Schools. Meghan then went on to get their degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work. While completing their degree, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and interned at Oklahoma LEND.

After graduation, Meghan began working at The Homeless Alliance as the Director of Community Capacity Building. In this role, they helped connect people experiencing homelessness with the resources they need to get back on their feet. Meghan also worked to educate the community about the issue of homelessness and how they can help.

In January 2021, Meghan was promoted to Associate Executive Director at Homeless Alliance. In this role, they continue to work to end homelessness in Oklahoma City through direct service provision, advocacy, and community engagement.

Meghan Mueller has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Oklahoma.

Meghan Mueller reports to Dan Straughan, Executive Director. Meghan Mueller works with Carrie Sauer - Director of Development, Alexandra Dueñez Burns - Director of HR, and Briawna Nash - Director of Housing & Leasing.
