Connie Allen

Connie Allen has a robust background in mental health, addiction counseling, and housing services, currently serving as a Housing Coordinator & Compliance Specialist at the Homeless Empowerment Program since February 2024. Previously, Connie held the position of SOAR Coordinator at Directions for Living from August 2016 to October 2024, and worked as an Insurance Agent at TZ Insurance Solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Supervisor at Adult Youth Services LLC, where Connie was pivotal in developing behavioral health policies, and as a Certified Addictions Counselor III and Registered Psychotherapist at Social Solutions, Inc, where Connie expanded support groups. Connie co-founded the Rocky Mountain Hope Connection under Catholic Charities USA, co-writing grants and establishing collaborative agreements for client assessments. Throughout the career, Connie has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing client services and community resources, with significant contributions to various initiatives addressing addiction and mental health challenges.
