Cat Tottie

Cat Tottie is a Policy Manager at Homeless Link since August 2022. Prior to that, Cat worked at Carecent as a Project Manager and Volunteer shift leader. Cat also served as a Housing Influencing Change Worker at Basis Yorkshire and an Independent Domestic Violence Adviser at IDAS. With a background in human rights from the University of York and a degree in English from the University of Exeter, Cat has a wealth of experience in supporting individuals affected by homelessness and domestic abuse.
