Financial and Grants Management Team

The Financial and Grants Management Team at the Homeless Services Network of Central Florida oversees the financial operations, including the management and compliance of more than 32 grants administered through sub-recipient agencies. This includes ensuring proper allocation of funds for transitional and permanent housing, supportive services, and case management for the homeless in the specified region. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with HUD and other funding requirements, and preparing financial reports for stakeholders.
