Kari Szary

Kari Szary has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1989 as a Director of Accounting at Dun & Bradstreet, where they managed a team of accountants and provided financial analysis to business managers. From 1996 to 2000, they served as a Project Director in the Corporate Secretary's Office, overseeing logistics and drafting content for board meetings at Dun & Bradstreet. Since 2007, Kari has been the Director of Human Resources at Homeless Solutions, Inc., where they are responsible for various HR duties such as employee engagement, benefit administration, and policy guidance. Kari has implemented several initiatives, including ACA compliant benefit plans and a payroll and talent acquisition system integrated with HRIMS.

Kari Szary obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they earned a certification in SHRM - CP from SHRM in June 2017.
