Joel Shurtleff is an Associate Product Manager at HomeLight since July 2022, having previously held the position of Growth Specialist - Data and Automations, contributing significantly to the transformation of the BBYS product into a multi-million revenue stream. Prior to HomeLight, Joel served at Accept.inc as a Junior Risk Manager, transitioning to Associate Underwriter after the company was acquired, and held various roles including Risk Management Assistant and Approval Specialist Assistant. Joel began a career in banking at U.S. Bank, where roles included Client Relationships Consultant 2 and Universal Banker positions. Joel earned a BS in Business Administration with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
