Sebastian Chaitas

Sebastian Chaitas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Sebastian started their career at Microsoft Corporation as a Strategy Associate in 1999. Sebastian then joined McKinsey&Co, where they held the position of Senior Engagement Manager for the Financial Institutions Group, Real Estate and Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare practices from 2000 to 2006. In 2009, Chaitas founded their own consulting firm, Chaitas Consulting Group, where they served as a Senior Advisor until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Axos Bank as the Senior Vice President of Strategy. Currently, Chaitas is employed at HomeLight, where they held the role of Head of Operations - California Closing Services from 2019 to 2021 and is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development, starting in June 2021.

Sebastian Chaitas has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Sebastian then pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
