Niclas Franke

Niclas Franke is a financial professional with a robust background in finance and operations, currently serving as SVP Finance & Operations and Head of Finance at Homelike since November 2022. Previously, Niclas held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Olav, overseeing various financial aspects of a D2C e-commerce start-up. Earlier experience includes analytical roles at HSBC as an Investment Banking Analyst and working in mergers and acquisitions, where strong skills in valuation and market analysis were developed. Internship experiences at reputable organizations such as Daimler AG and Baker Tilly Germany further enriched expertise in financial modeling, consulting, and strategic planning. Niclas holds a Master of Science in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Florida.
