Lindsay McLean

Co-Founder & CEO at HomeLister

Lindsay McLean is the current Co-Founder and CEO at HomeLister. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and COO at Ecological Development from April 2007 to December 2012. In this role, Lindsay was responsible for developing and implementing sustainability plans for buildings or portfolios in order to improve the value of real estate through lower costs and efficient and green management. The company was sold in December 2012 to Premier Alliance, Inc.

After the sale of Ecological Development, Lindsay founded LMC Advisory Group in January 2013 and served as the Managing Member until June 2015. In this role, Lindsay provided advisory services and Acting COO services for small and medium sized growing companies and real estate organizations. Lindsay assisted in financial review and planning, strategic planning and decision making, fundraising, operational growth and organization.

Prior to their roles at Ecological Development and LMC Advisory Group, Lindsay served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Finance at Back to Nature from July 2005 to June 2008. In this role, they were responsible for developing long-term strategic plans for the company as well as overseeing the financial planning and budgeting process.

Before their career in real estate and sustainability consulting, Lindsay worked as a consultant at Accenture from June 1997 to July 2003. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in a variety of industries on a variety of topics.

Lindsay McLean has a MBA in Real Estate & Finance from The Wharton School and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Lindsay also attended Westfield High School.
