Samuel Lee

Samuel Lee is an Associate Engineering Manager at HomeLister. Samuel previously worked as a Direct Investments Analyst Associate at AIG from January 2010 to December 2017. In this role, they managed and maintained a loan database, tracked and analyzed all commercial loan data throughout the production process, and reviewed fidelity of data input by loan analysts from all offices. Samuel also compiled and generated reporting data for weekly distribution as well as ad-hoc requests for production analysis.

In addition, Samuel designed Excel models for loan production to comply with regulatory restrictions for lending companies with direction from legal counsel and portfolio managers and updating models for modifications in regulations and requirements. Samuel advised and assisted servicing department for 2 major overhauls of the loan database, generating best practices for streamlining the workflow and maintaining fidelity in data reporting. Furthermore, they tested and administered Business Continuity procedures for the NY group for potential business disruptions. Lastly, they assisted loan officers during the closing process with due diligence reviews of legal and financial documents and evaluated due diligence materials before and after loan commitments and corresponding with borrowers and brokers to obtain complete documents for the property and tenants.
