Rebecca Peschong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Account Services at HomeNet Automotive since April 2010 and as the Manager of Strategic Accounts at Cox Automotive Inc. since December 2017, Rebecca has demonstrated successful leadership in training programs and sales development. Earlier roles include Director of Sales Operations in the AutoTrader/AutoMart division of Cox Enterprises, where Rebecca managed a training department and implemented a Sales Mentorship Program to enhance revenue. Starting as an Advertising Sales Consultant at the same division, Rebecca consistently ranked as a top performer. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell College.
