Karen Brooks

Karen Brooks, with extensive experience in the multifamily industry, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at HomeOwners Advantage, LLC, since July 2022, focusing on managing condo associations in Georgia. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Consultant in the multifamily sector from June 2014 to July 2022, holding the certification of NAA Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor.
