Micheal Johnson, CMCP, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Micheal began their career at Waste Management in 2008, where they worked as a Pipeline Analyst until 2011. Following this, they joined On Q Financial, Inc. as a Compliance Specialist in December 2011 and remained in that role until February 2020.

In 2020, Micheal joined Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC, initially as a Licensing Compliance Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Senior Compliance Specialist. Micheal has been working in this position since February 2020.

Michael Johnson, CMCP, has a strong educational background in business. Micheal obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's Degree in Business at Rio Salado College, studying from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association in July 2021.
