Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field
