Andrea Lacalamita has extensive work experience in the fields of real estate, banking, and strategic planning. Andrea is currently the Founder and CMO of Homepal.it, a digital real estate agency focused on empowering clients in buying, renting, and selling homes through technology and simplicity. Prior to this, they worked at UniCredit where they held various roles including Head of Group Strategic Planning, Head of Global Products and Strategic Marketing, and Head of Global Products and Marketing in the Private Banking sector. Andrea was also a Board Member at CreditRas Vita - Assicurazioni. Before UniCredit, Andrea worked at Banca Mediolanum as a Product Development Manager and at Credito Italiano as an Assistente Commerciale. Andrea started their career as a Researcher at LUISS.
Andrea Lacalamita pursued their education from 1983 to 1988 at Liceo Scientifico Carlo Jucci Rieti, where they obtained a Diploma. Andrea then went on to attend Luiss Guido Carli University from 1988 to 1993, where they completed their degree in Economics.
