Shameikia S. is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in program management and social services. Currently serving as the Vice President of Programs & Impact at Homeport since May 2025, Shameikia oversees program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. Previously, Shameikia held the position of Vice President of Housing Programs at IMPACT Community Action from November 2021 to May 2025 and served as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Central Ohio from March 2017 to December 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Program Director at Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio and Director of Social Services at The Bair Foundation. Educational credentials include a Masters of Science in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, both from The Ohio State University.
