Crystal Brown

Crystal Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Crystal is currently employed as a Regional Property Manager and Project Manager at HomeRiver Group since August 2021. Prior to that, from January 2020 to August 2021, they worked at Presidia Asset Management, LLC as a Senior Property Manager and Project Manager.

In 2017, Crystal worked at RADCO Residential as an Area Property Manager. Crystal'sresponsibilities included developing and monitoring company policies, recruitment and supervision of Property Managers, and ensuring maintenance of the physical assets and staff performance. Crystal also worked on solving resident issues and implementing maintenance plans.

From 2013 to 2017, Crystal was employed at RE Carroll Management as a Real Estate Agent and Senior Property Manager. Crystal'sduties included leasing apartment homes, collecting rent, managing a team, and increasing annual NOI.

Crystal's work experience also includes roles such as a REALTOR/Buyer Specialist at Corwyn J Melette and Associates from April 2013 to January 2016, Sales Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton from July 2008 to January 2013, Audit Manager/Accountant at Plantern Inn Relais & Chateau from June 2007 to July 2008, and Night Auditor/AR Clerk at Spring Hill Suites By Marriott from March 2006 to June 2007.

Crystal also had a role as a 92G in the US Army National Guards from February 2002 to February 2006, where their responsibilities included soldier processing, weapons verification, scheduling convoys, and vehicle and tool kit maintenance.

Crystal Brown's education history begins with their high school education at Lincoln High School, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. During their time there, they pursued a general AP studies curriculum and obtained their HSD (High School Diploma).

After completing high school, Crystal went on to South Carolina State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from 2004 to 2008. Crystal'sfield of study during this time was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In 2013, Crystal attended the Real Estate School of Charleston, where they obtained a Real Estate License. Crystal completed the program within the same year.

Additionally, Crystal obtained the South Carolina Real Estate License certification from SC LLR (South Carolina Labor, Licensing, and Regulation) in March 2013.
