Dale House

Dale House has extensive work experience in the property management industry. From 1991 to 2020, they worked at Property Frameworks, an NRT Company, where they served as the Regional Operations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, they oversaw daily operations, supervised 10 managers, and implemented leasing protocols for over 1000 managed properties.

In 2014, Dale House joined HomeRiver Group as the Sr Regional Manager. Dale was responsible for overseeing operations in the Eastern Seaboard regions of the company, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maine. Dale also served as the principal broker for Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Delaware.

Dale House attended Norfolk Collegiate School in Norfolk, VA from 1978 to 1982, but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time. Following that, from 1982 to 1986, Dale House attended the University of Virginia where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government.
