Yi Lu currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at HomeRiver Group since July 2024. Previously, from June 2021 to May 2024, Yi was the Director of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at Tiber Capital Group, where responsibilities included leading a Business Intelligence team focused on providing strategic insights from a $2.9B portfolio and enhancing reporting accuracy and efficiency. Yi has also managed a real estate portfolio valued at over $220M as a Fund Manager for Shanghai Greencourt Group (US) and contributed to various research and analysis roles in the real estate sector. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Master of Tourism Administration from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University.
