Shana Hightower

Shana Hightower is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer care and leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Homes By Dickerson since July 2022, Shana has also contributed as a Chief Member of a private membership network focused on empowering women in leadership from February 2023 to February 2024. Previously, Shana worked at Lennar from 2014 to 2022 as Director of Customer Care, and at Kenyon International Emergency Services from 2006 to 2016 in the roles of Client Care Manager and Team Member Manager.
