Mark Metheny

Mark Metheny has a diverse work experience in the real estate and auditing industries. Mark currently serves as the President of Casa Fresca and HBWB Land at Homes by WestBay since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of President of HBWB Land at Homes by WestBay starting from July 2021. Before joining Homes by WestBay, Mark worked at Lennar for over two decades, serving as Division President from January 2010 to July 2021. Mark also held various roles at Lennar, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Project Manager, and Division Controller. Mark began their career as an auditor at KPMG and later joined Cherry, Bekaert & Holland as an Audit Staff.

Mark Metheny attended Florida State University - College of Business from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Accounting.
