William Zilko

William Zilko is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in managing and leading construction projects. Currently serving as the Area Construction Manager at Homes by WestBay since June 2023, William previously held the position of Project Manager at Taylor Morrison, where recognition as the 2022 "Rockstar" Builder of the Year was achieved. William's career includes roles such as Senior Superintendent and Certified Superintendent Coach at D.R. Horton, and President of Zilko Stone Services, specializing in the installation and repair of stone materials. Additional experience encompasses positions at Lennar, Lindhout and Sons LLC, and University Auto Spa, demonstrating a diverse skill set in construction management and supervision. William Zilko earned an Associate of Arts degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota between 2007 and 2009.
