Balvinder Pal Singh started working as a Business Development Manager for Homes Connect Group in February 2016 and is currently still in that role. In May 2017, they also joined GrowAbout as a Senior Marketing Executive and is currently still in that role as well.

Balvinder Pal then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Periyar Management and Computer College, Jasola from 2014 to 2016, with a specialization in marketing.
