Sergei K. is a seasoned management consultant with a strong background in strategy and operations, having served as Vice President at AlixPartners and Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. They co-founded Zipply, a virtual convenience store delivery start-up, and previously held key leadership roles at Tim Horton’s, where they improved profitability and developed market strategies. Sergei is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Homes First, contributing to the non-profit's strategic and operational priorities.
