Melanie Spencer has over a decade of experience in recruitment and admissions within the human services and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Homes for Independent Living of Wisconsin LLC since April 2019, Melanie specializes in evaluating applicants and building networks to find qualified candidates. Previously, as an Admissions Assistant at Paul Mitchell the School-Green Bay, responsibilities included managing the school’s website and CRM lead tracking system, as well as facilitating admissions events. Melanie's earlier roles include Recruitment Manager at Homes for Independent Living and Program Specialist at Integrated Community Solutions, combining customer service and program eligibility analysis. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Melanie has developed strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting individuals in various capacities.
