Louise Riley is an experienced operations and property manager in the student accommodation sector, currently serving as Operations Manager and Area Manager at Homes for Students since October 2022 and as Accommodation Manager at Universal Student Living Ltd since September 2020. Previously, Louise held the position of Dual Property Manager for both Homes for Students and Universal Student Living from February 2022 to October 2022, managing two student accommodation sites with a total of 268 beds. Earlier roles include Property Manager and Customer Service Advisor at Prime Student Living Limited from September 2017 to August 2020, and Lettings Assistant at Roseworth Property Management from August 2010 to August 2016. Louise holds GCSE qualifications with 10 A-C's from St Thomas More High School and A Level qualifications in French, English, and Spanish from St Thomas More RC Academy.

We self-deliver our services, which includes both hard and soft FM and student accommodation management, enabling us to control the quality of our offer and provide a fixed operating price. We also undertake regular surveys amongst our student residents, which helps us to see where we can improve our services.
