Chance Bearnson

Chance Bearnson is a Mortgage Loan Originator at NEO Home Loans. Chance has previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Rainey Homes. Prior to their career in the mortgage industry, Chance worked as a Warranty Manager at Rainey Homes and as a Diversion Specialist at Utah Community Action. Chance also has a background in football, having played as a Defensive End for the Southern Utah University football team, where Chance was part of the 2015 and 2017 Big Sky Conference Champion teams. Chance holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Southern Utah University.
