Diane DelBene has extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple organizations, serving as Chief Financial Officer at HomeSafe Florida since July 2016 and at Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches from October 2012 to July 2016. Prior to these roles, Diane held the position of Finance Director at Child and Family Connections, Inc. from October 2010 to November 2012, and worked in finance at Go Kids, Inc. from June 2006 to October 2009. Diane DelBene's career reflects a strong commitment to financial management within the nonprofit sector.

Since 1979, HomeSafe is a nationally accredited non-profit organization protecting Palm Beach County’s and South Florida’s most vulnerable residents – victims of child abuse and domestic violence. Our mission: Creating safer, more productive lives for infants, children and families. Through its results-driven approach, HomeSafe has grown into a leading provider of prevention and intervention services, serving more than 16,000 infants, children and families each year.
