Tyra Wellons

Tyra Wellons is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in the education and mental health sectors. Currently serving as a Mental Health Specialist at HomeSafe Florida since October 2020, Tyra also works as an Afterschool Counselor for the Palm Beach County School District since November 2015. Prior to these roles, Tyra gained valuable experience as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year from July 2014 to June 2015. Tyra holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Palm Beach State College, completed between 2014 and 2017, and is a graduate of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School.
