Michael Twardowski

Michael Twardowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael began their career at Synapse Group Inc., where they held various roles such as Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Associate Director. In these positions, they managed relationships with airlines and major banks, implemented marketing strategies, and supervised a team of direct reports.

After that, Twardowski worked at Webloyalty.com as a Director, focusing on directing operations from 2007 to 2010. Michael then joined ConvergeDirect as an Account Director for a short period of time in 2010.

Since 2011, Twardowski has been primarily associated with HomeServe USA. Michael started as the Director of Account Management, responsible for affinity partnerships with utility companies in the US and Canada. Michael later became the Senior Director of Account Management, where they managed strategic accounts and achieved sales and revenue targets. Currently, Twardowski holds the position of Vice President of Account Management, leading a team managing over 900 utility and municipal partnerships and overseeing more than 2.2 million service agreements acquired through digital and print media.
