Dylan Farish

Dylan Farish has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting from 2010, they worked as a Cafe Manager at Cville Coffee, managing both front and back of house operations. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Buyer at Whole Foods Market, responsible for product ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations. In 2016, they started working with Long & Foster Companies, where they held multiple roles including Office Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Team Lead. In these positions, they oversaw leasing and administrative duties, managed property portfolios, and led teams across central Virginia. In 2016, they also began working with various companies as a Band Manager, handling bookings, promotions, and social media engagement for different musical groups. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development & Marketing Strategy and a Regional Broker at HomeServices Property Management. In these roles, they have developed strategies to enhance the company's web presence, built referral networks, and driven ancillary revenue.

Dylan Farish completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies at Piedmont Virginia Community College from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they received an Advanced Diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Charlottesville High School between 2007 and 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Dylan obtained a Real Estate Board - Associate Broker certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in January 2015. They also hold a PM Certified certification from Virginia REALTORS® acquired in 2022.
