Bryan Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bryan began their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Boswain's Mate Fuels, where they received various commendations. In 2002, they joined Realogy Holdings Corp. as a Senior Director of Franchise Sales, where they successfully acquired clients and grew existing franchisee business. Bryan then took on roles such as Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President/National Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, contributing to the growth and stabilization of franchise operations. In 2014, Brooks joined Realogy Holdings Corp. again as a Managing Regional Vice President before joining HomeSmart Realty as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales in 2015. Throughout their career, Brooks has exhibited strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on achieving sales goals.

Bryan Brooks received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University from 1994 to 1998, with a focus on Business and Communications. Prior to that, they attended Northern Arizona University from 1988 to 1990, studying Business/Commerce, General. Bryan also attended Kemper Military School and College from 1986 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in 12 Session Development from Dale Carnegie Training, Spin Selling from Neil Rackhman, and White Belt Certification from Six Sigma.
