Edgar Martinez

Edgar Martinez, AIA, NCARB, is a licensed real estate agent at HomeSmart since July 2023, bringing nearly a decade of real estate expertise and a solid foundation in architecture to property transactions. Previously, Edgar served as an Architectural Project Manager at Watts Architects & Engineers, where project execution and team leadership were central responsibilities. Edgar's experience also includes roles as an Architectural Designer at CPL and Watts Architecture & Engineering, and as a Realtor at Roncroft Realty. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University at Buffalo, along with a Bachelor’s Degree and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from the same institution and SUNY Orange, respectively.
