Erin Campbell has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Erin is currently serving as the Vice President of Learning and Development at HomeSmart, where they lead a team in designing and implementing strategic programs aligned with business objectives. Previously, they worked as a Business Transformation Program Manager at Weld North Education, where they successfully executed change initiatives and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Erin also held positions at AmeriFirst Financial, Inc. as the Director of Curriculum and Development and National Education Manager, and at Climatec, LLC as a Systems Training Specialist. Erin began their career in education as a Coordinator of Learning Management Systems for the Deer Valley Unified School District and taught 4th and 5th grade at Northwest Christian School and Blessed Sacrament School. Erin's expertise lies in enhancing skills, fostering leadership, and creating transformative learning experiences.
Erin Campbell earned an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Yavapai College in 2002-2004, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northern Arizona University in 2004-2006. Erin further pursued their education and obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Grand Canyon University in 2011-2013.
