Pamela Rich

Pamela Rich is an experienced sales and real estate professional with over two decades in the industry, currently serving as an Account Executive at Second Nature since January 2025. Pamela has been a licensed real estate broker in Washington State at HomeSmart since June 2017 and previously worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Better, where responsibilities included co-creating the Seattle office and training agents. Additional roles include Business Development Executive at CORT, where sales processes were designed for the commercial real estate sector, and Market Development at DocuSign, leading a team in the real estate market. Pamela also has a strong background in event management, having worked as the Manager of Trade Shows, Events & Operations at Open Book Seattle, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Facility Management and Operations from South Seattle College, with a focus on sustainable building science technology.
