Toshia Hurd, CSM, is a highly experienced professional in real estate and community management. Currently serving as a Professional Senior Realtor at HomeSmart since July 2013, Toshia has also held various managerial roles, including P.M. Shelter Manager at Jogan Health, overseeing the well-being of over 520 clients and managing a team of administrative staff. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, where Toshia evaluated programs and ensured compliance with regulations, and as a COVID-19 Field Administrator Manager with Favorite Healthcare Staffing, supervising administrative staff and directing disaster preparedness initiatives. Toshia also contributed as a Quality Assurance Inspector Supervisor with WSP in Puerto Rico post-hurricanes and has a background in clinical management as OSHA Coordinator & Clinical Technician at Bellaire Family Orthodontics. Education includes a real estate license from Champions School of Real Estate and a high school diploma in Applied Technology from George Washington Carver High School.
