Rahul Chabukswar has a wealth of work experience. Rahul began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. In 2003, they moved to Krohm Solutions as a Software Engineer. In 2004, they became a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where they were responsible for the development of a project plan, design, and implementation of a "Fuzzy Classifier" application. The following year, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft, where they were responsible for the design and development of the user registration page of Microsoft Connect website in ASP. NET (C# code behind) and a console app developed using C# which bulk imports XML data (after validations) to SQL Server database. From 2006 to 2017, they were employed at Microsoft, where they held the roles of Engineering Manager - Windows Azure, Engineering Manager - Windows Server, and Software Engineer - Windows Server. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Homesome.

Rahul Chabukswar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2003. Rahul then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Southern California between 2004 and 2005.
