Nancy De Leon Link is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Homestead Smart Health Plans, overseeing human resources, employee engagement, compliance/legal, and communications. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Chief of Staff at Homestead Smart Health Plans, where she was a strategic thought partner to the CEO and led company-wide initiatives and projects. Nancy also served as the CEO and COO of National Nurse-Led Care Consortium, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the national non-profit organization and doubling organizational revenues over six years. With a background in public health, Nancy has held positions such as Regional Public Health Preparedness Coordinator at Public Health Management Corporation and Director of Health Center #1 at the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health. Nancy holds a MGA in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.B. in History from Vassar College.
