Paul Cawley

Paul Cawley, HIA, currently serves as Manager of Business Systems at Homestead Smart Health Plans, where responsibilities include managing core technology platforms and providing strategic direction for multiple business units. Previous experience includes IT Manager at G.B.O.S., leading project execution and stakeholder management, and Requirements Manager for Health Information Systems at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where oversight of business requirements for Medicare systems was key. Cawley's extensive career in health benefits and claims management also encompasses senior roles at basys, Transamerica, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and the Office of Personnel Management. Cawley holds a BA in Health Care Administration from the University of Baltimore and has a solid educational background from Towson University and The Cardinal Gibbons School.
