Wendi Milinkov is an experienced professional in the title and escrow industry, currently serving as Sales Manager at Homestead Title and Escrow since May 2023 and as the Owner of Closing Concierge Services since January 2020. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Ascendant National Title from July 2021 to October 2022, Colorado Operations Manager at Equitable Title and Escrow from November 2018 to July 2021, and Business Development Manager at various title insurance companies in the Denver market from January 2000 to November 2018. Wendi's career began as Marketing Director and involvement in special projects and the legal department at First American Heritage Title Co from October 1993 to 2000. Wendi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with an emphasis on marketing from Northwest Missouri State University, completed in 1993.
