Lance Chase

Lance Chase is currently the Director of Infrastructure Operations at Homesteaders Life Company, where they oversee critical IT support and service delivery. Previously, Lance served as the Manager of Business Continuity & Change Management at F&G and held various leadership roles in technical operations and project management at DataTrust Solutions and Principal Financial Group. With certifications including the Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Lance has a strong foundation in business continuity and IT infrastructure management. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from both Iowa State University and Des Moines Area Community College.
