Biju Hameed has extensive experience in the field of technology infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and information security. Biju has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Dubai Airports, Atos Origin Middle East, and Schlumberger NIS.

At Dubai Airports, Biju served as the Head of Technology Infrastructure Operations, overseeing critical technology areas such as network and communications, data center services, database services, and infrastructure technology. Biju ensured the implementation of security and resilience practices and played a key role in enabling remote work capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to this role, they were the Head of Technology Service Management at Dubai Airports, where they managed operational support areas including service desk, field support, change and problem management, and technology asset management.

In their tenure as the Head of Cybersecurity and Resilience, they enhanced and expanded the information security program to encompass cybersecurity across enterprise IT, operational technology, and emerging technologies. Biju also developed a cyber-resilience program and an insider-threat cybersecurity framework. Biju was involved in the design and establishment of a next-generation security operations center.

Before joining Dubai Airports, Biju held the position of Head of Information Security and Compliance at an undisclosed organization and served as an ICT Security Manager at Dubai Airports.

Atos Origin Middle East employed Biju as a Security Consultant and Project Manager, where they provided expertise and managed security projects.

Their early experience at Schlumberger NIS involved designing and delivering secure connectivity infrastructure solutions and participating in security integration projects for various clients.

Biju started their educational journey in 1996 at MES College of Engineering- University of Calicut, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2000, Biju went on to gain further expertise in the field by obtaining various professional certifications.

In 2004, they achieved the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². This certification demonstrated their comprehensive knowledge and skills in information security. Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Biju earned the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA in 2010, solidifying their expertise in managing and overseeing information security programs.

Further enriching their skill set, Biju obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA in 2015. This certification validated their abilities in auditing, assessing, and monitoring information technology and business systems.
